Returning unwanted products
If you wish to return not wanted products contact us for a product return instructions, used or opened products can not be returned. You have 30 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.
Returning wrong needle length or defective item
If you receive a package that is with wrong needle length or defective, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. You have 30 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.
We will cover all the costs (only if shipping cost receipt provided with returned goods) of returning the derma roller and re-send the package. Please send your shipping cost receipt with returned products and we’ll compensate the costs for you through PayPal.
